Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

1. Incorrect Product:
   If you receive a product different from what you ordered, kindly provide an unboxing video as proof.
2. Manufacturing Defect:
   For any manufacturing defects in the product, please share a video of the defect to initiate the return process.
3. Damaged Product:
   If the product is damaged during transit, an unboxing video will be required to process your request.

Return and Cancellation Process

A) Order Cancellation

• To cancel an order, contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation is not allowed for categories like Cakes & Flowers with same-day or fixed-time delivery once dispatched.

If the order is already dispatched, the following shipping charges will be applicable:

Domestic Shipping (India):

• ₹75 for 0-500 gm
• ₹150 for 500-999 gm
• ₹250 for 1-2 kg
• ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for orders above 2 kg

International Shipping:

• Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

B) Damaged or Broken Items

If the product is broken or damaged in transit:

• Share an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery at [email protected].
• We will process a replacement or refund promptly.

C) Incorrect Product Received

If the product you receive is different from your order:

• Share an unboxing video and contact us via chat support or email at [email protected].
• Return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
• Our support team will assist with the return pickup process.

Non-Eligible Returns

For returns that don’t fall under the above categories, only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges:

Domestic Shipping (India):

• ₹75 for 0-500 gm
• ₹150 for 500-999 gm
• ₹250 for 1-2 kg

International Shipping:

Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated after:

2. Receipt of the product in its original condition.

Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
